Free worldwide shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to all countries we deliver to. There is no shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order value.
Processing (handling) time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is dispatched.
Delivery (transit) time
- United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the United States, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We will help redirect parcels where possible.
