Return window

You can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Item condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging.

How to start a return

Email sales@trendyjackets.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns, worldwide. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item, to your original payment method. We will email you when your refund has been issued. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to show the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are allowed within the same 30-day window. Email us and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability, with free return shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos. We will send a free return label and offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom-made items (for example, custom names, patches or made-to-measure jackets) and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
